General Questions
How long does the EarPopper take to work?
Some people will see immediate results from using the EarPopper. However, it is possible that for certain people and conditions the EarPopper may need to be used for an extended period of time. Always consult your health care professional before starting any treatment.
What If I am not happy with the EarPopper?
If you change your mind about your order of the EarPopper we will happily refund the product, as long as it has not been used. If the product has been used we cannot accept returns or refund it.
Does the EarPopper need to be cleaned?
We recommend that the nose piece of the EarPopper is routinely cleaned. This can be done by removing it from the device and using soap and water. Make sure the nose piece is dry before reattaching and using. The outside of device can be wiped with a clean cloth.
What do I use to power the EarPopper?
The EarPopper uses 4 AAA batteries. These are supplied with your EarPopper and should provide more than 4 hours of continued use. The batteries can be easily replaced when needed.
Why haven't my ears popped?
If you have tried the EarPopper and as you’ve swallowed have not felt a pop there may be a couple of reasons. Firstly try the product again, but this time take a mouthful of water and hold it. This time when you swallow, swallow the mouthful of water.
If this has not worked it may be that the health problem you are looking to treat requires you to use the EarPopper for a longer period of time.
When will I receive my EarPopper?
If you order before 3pm GMT the order will be processed and shipped the same working day. If you place an order after 3pm GMT the order will be processed the following working day.
The orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class, and need to be signed for when delivered. We will email a tracking number to you when the item has been shipped.
If you are in the UK please allow up to 3 working days for your item to be delivered. If you are based in Europe the item may take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

The EarPopper is manufactured by Summit Medical, based in the USA. Network Medical is the authorised UK and European distributor for the EarPopper. Both companies are part of the Innovia Medical Group.
